The “Robinson” Restaurant is excellent for getting to know good Calabrian cuisine with genuine dishes and local products served under a panoramic veranda just a few steps from the sea. Themed evenings centred on typical Calabrian cuisine and a gala buffet evening.
The service for lunch and dinner is a buffet on pre-assigned tables with unlimited mineralised water on tap included.
The Restaurant is also open for a fee to guests staying in the Residence formula. The service could be with shielded buffets and served by operators.
Calabrian cuisine is made up of simple combinations and strong, genuine flavours such as onions and the renowned nduja. The food respects the peasant tradition in which the main role was played by women in the kitchen, the patriarchal family and the rhythm of work in the fields.
At lunch and dinner, guests can enjoy a rich buffet of national and international dishes, from appetizers to side dishes and fruit. In the evening, the sweet tooth can’t miss the appointment with the sweets and desserts prepared by our pastry chefs.
