We inform you that, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 \u2013 Personal Data Protection Code, Turistica Robinson S.r.l. with registered office in Contrada Torre Ruffa snc, 89865 Ricadi (VV), is the Data Controller of the personal data you provide.<\/p>

The processing of personal data means their collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction or the combination of two or more of these operations.<\/p>

These data will be processed by Turistica Robinson S.r.l. in relation to your requests:<\/p>

\u2013 to perform the requested service or to one or more operations requested;<\/p>

\u2013 to perform legal obligations;<\/p>

\u2013 for operational and strategic marketing purposes.<\/p>

The data will be processed using tools suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality and may also be carried out through automated tools suitable for storing, managing and transmitting the data themselves.<\/p>

We also inform you that in relation to the aforementioned processing, you may exercise the rights referred to in Article 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (article whose text is reported below).<\/p>

Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, art. 7: Right of access to personal data and other rights:<\/p>

d) the identification details of the data controller, the data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge of the processing.<\/p>

The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction or, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data
processed in violation of the law, including those whose<\/p>

retention in connection with the purposes for which the data was collected, or<\/p>

subsequently treated;<\/p>

c) the certification that the transactions referred to in letters a) and b) have been
