Rules – Ruffa Robinson Tower Village

The number of people at check-in must match the number of people indicated at the time of booking, including children. In the event that more people show up at check-in than booked, the reservation will be canceled and the relevant penalties or supplements will be applied.

In the event that fewer people show up at check-in than those booked, the cost of the entire reservation will still be charged.

The use of ID bracelets may be required for guests.

The assignment of the room, table and umbrellas is at the total discretion of the Management.

The village management is open every day from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm. During office closure periods, it is possible to contact the night watchman for any needs.

Customers who wish to leave during the night or in the morning before 08:00 must report it and check-out and pay any extras the evening before departure.

Inside the village, the circulation and parking of vehicles is prohibited, which must be left in the appropriate parking areas. Luggage loading and unloading operations will take place only with trolleys made available by the structure.

It is forbidden to ride bicycles, scooters, skateboards, overboards etc. etc.

It is forbidden to introduce and/or use, in any room of the structure, drones and/or other similar tools.

The linen provided in each room cannot be used outside it (in particular, it is forbidden to use it on the beach, in the pool, in the gardens, on the pitches, etc.).

In the Hotel formula, for choices to protect the environment, the change of towels is every other day. The change of bed linen (by the maids) is weekly.

In the Residence formula, bed linen and towels are changed weekly, but the tidying up is the responsibility of the customer. In particular, on the morning of the day of the change, a basket or bag with clean linen will be left at the entrance to the accommodation and by 11.00 the customer must leave the same basket or bag with dirty linen.

For extra bed linen and/or towels changes, for rental and change of beach towels there is a supplement to be requested at the reception. A deposit may be required.

Visitors are not allowed except with the authorization of the Management and those admitted must hand in their identity document at the reception. Visitors must be announced and welcomed by the customer at the reception.

The stay is allowed for a maximum of 2 hours, after which the payment of an amount equal to the rate applied to the “daily visitor” will be required. Visitor access is allowed from 09:00 and by 23:00.

In the event of a large number of visitors to the Resort and in any case at its own discretion, the Management reserves the right to limit entry to visitors.

In order to ensure a quiet and relaxing environment, diving, use of balls or other games, shouting, shouting are prohibited in the pool . Inflatables and bulky mattresses are not allowed in the pool.

The pool is open from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30. At other times, bathing is strictly prohibited, also for the planned maintenance and treatment of the water as well as for safety reasons, given the absence of lifeguards during these hours.

It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the water, in order to reduce the entry of creams and detergents and for better cleaning of the water.

The sun loungers by the pool are free to use by all guests. It is forbidden to leave towels and objects unattended on the deckchairs and on the solarium. Items that have been left unattended or left in order to occupy places that could be used by others will be placed in the basket of forgotten items. The Management assumes no responsibility for unattended items.

For all other provisions, please refer to the swimming pool regulations, posted at the entrance to the pool.

Each accommodation is entitled to 1 umbrella, 1 sunbed and 1 deck chair on the private beach which will be pre-assigned by the structure at its total discretion. Upon availability and reservation, exotic straw umbrellas on the seafront close to the pool and the beach with 2 sunbeds included (€ 70.00 per week). This option will exclude the standard umbrella on the private beach.

It is forbidden to move deckchairs and sunbeds from any assigned space as well as to move them to the shore. For large families there are no additional deckchairs which could still be paid on site on request and subject to availability.

The umbrella is available from 14:30 on the day of arrival, until 13:00 on the day of departure.

The Management assumes no responsibility for unattended items.

The hours of operation and access to the bars, restaurants, playgrounds and other environments are indicated on the notice board and/or at the entrance of the rooms and/or communicated orally. The Management may change the methods and times of opening and access to the rooms and services at any time.

All guests are obliged to respect the quiet hour from 14:30 to 16:00 and in the evening from 24:30 to 08:00 the next morning. During these hours, all activities that may disturb the peace of others are prohibited. Please also moderate noise outside the aforementioned hours.

Our structure, in the periods when they are allowed, is designed to accommodate only small pets (max 7 kg). They must be kept on a leash and their excrement must be collected by the owners and deposited in the appropriate bins. In particular, pets are not allowed inside the restaurant, bar, pool area, beach area, and common areas in compliance with health and hygiene regulations and any allergies and / or intolerances from other guests. It is not possible to leave them free during the cleaning and tidying up of the room. Any damage will be borne by the guest.

The Management is not responsible for any damage by third parties, loss or removal of objects owned by customers. We invite you to store your valuables in the safes placed in the wardrobes of the accommodation.

Food and drinks in the breakfast buffet and in the restaurant can only be consumed within the respective rooms and cannot in any case be taken for consumption after the meal itself.

It is not permitted to consume food and beverages not provided by the hotel inside the dining room or other common areas. It is not allowed, due to health and hygiene regulations, the custody or storage of food, medicines or other products of guests in the refrigerators of the bar and restaurant.

It is forbidden to enter the restaurant and the breakfast room with a swimsuit, wet or in any case with inappropriate clothing.

It is forbidden to light fires and barbecues both in the village and on the beach.

Private celebrations and cakes are not allowed in the bar area and pool area. Retired guests can take advantage of the service of our dining room staff at the table.

Payments within the village can only be made by means of a prepaid card, the “Robinson Card”.

You can top it up at the reception in cash or with debit/credit cards. Minimum initial top-up €30.00. First activation cost € 1.00 (one-off). Subsequent cash top-ups only denominations of € 5.00, with debit / credit cards always minimum € 30.00.

Any remaining credit will be returned at the end of the stay upon return of the card and only in the case of top-ups made in cash. It is not possible to transfer cards with residual credit as a tip or for any other reason.

At the end of the stay, the cards will still be deactivated and reset.

It is recommended that guests carry out separate waste collection and throw waste in the designated areas.

Minors must be accompanied by their parents or by persons who have expressed delegation from the holders of parental authority, who are responsible for ensuring that all the rules provided for in these regulations are respected.

Adults with their children are directly responsible for their behavior and must take care that their liveliness does not disturb the other guests of the village.

For cases of First Aid, the Resort is equipped with medical boxes for basic necessities and for small interventions, located at the reception, the bar, as well as available from the lifeguards both on the beach and in the pool. In the most serious cases, the customer/guest can request assistance from the staff of the facility, who depending on the case may in turn, always at the express request of the customer/guest, request the intervention of a doctor affiliated with the facility or indicate to the customer/guest the most suitable medical facility for the case, where the same can go, by own car or by taxi service. The call to 118 is subject to a specific request from the injured customer or one of his or her directly interested parties.

For obvious reasons of extreme urgency, the Management has a copy of the keys to each room and, in cases where it is deemed appropriate to intervene and/or control, the same and/or its representatives, may access them at any time, even in the absence of the Customer, respecting, as far as possible, his confidentiality.

At the sole discretion of the management, repeated failure to observe these rules and incorrect behavior, which seriously damages the harmony and spirit of the Resort, may result in removal as unwanted guests. In this case, the removed guest will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid, with the right of the management itself to claim compensation for any damages. The management also warns that, if forced, it will quickly alert the police; Episodes of serious disrespect towards the management or those who represent it will be treated in the same way.
